STEP OUT OF EXCESS.
RETURN TO A CLEARER RHYTHM.
Detox & Recovery
Retreat
When poor sleep, irregular meals, frequent travel and prolonged stress begin to accumulate, the body can feel heavy, unsettled and difficult to read.
The Detox & Recovery Retreat offers a structured residential reset through medical and Ayurvedic assessment, personalised nourishment, restorative therapies, counselling and quieter days.
This is not a juice cleanse or a punishing fast. It is a carefully supported opportunity to simplify your routines, reduce everyday excess and give your body and mind time to recover.
Minimum stay: 14 nights
Less excess. More of what supports you.
What Detox Means at Olive Creek
The word detox is often associated with drastic diets, short-lived cleanses and promises that are difficult to substantiate.
Olive Creek takes a more grounded approach.
Here, detox means stepping away from the habits and pressures that have left you feeling depleted. It means eating regular, thoughtfully prepared meals, restoring hydration, sleeping properly, moving gently and allowing treatments to form part of a wider recovery process.
Your programme is shaped through individual consultations rather than a standard cleansing formula. The emphasis is not on deprivation. It is on creating the conditions in which healthier patterns can return.
Who This Retreat May Suit
This is a wellness programme for adults who are medically stable enough to participate. It is not intended to diagnose unexplained symptoms or replace treatment from your existing healthcare provider.
After a Demanding Season
For guests emerging from a prolonged period of late nights, frequent travel, social commitments or professional pressure.
When Daily Habits Feel Unsettled
For those whose eating, sleep and movement routines have become irregular or difficult to maintain.
Persistent Tiredness
For guests who feel sluggish or depleted and would value time away from the pace and stimulation of ordinary life.
Digestive Discomfort
For adults experiencing mild, recurring digestive unease who have already sought appropriate medical advice where necessary.
A Need to Reset
For those who want to reduce everyday excess and return home with a clearer, more consistent approach to wellbeing.
Recovery From Overstimulation
For guests who have spent too long surrounded by screens, constant communication, demanding schedules and too little quiet.
The Foundations
of Your Retreat
Assess
Your current wellbeing, health history and daily habits are considered before the wider programme is finalised.
Simplify
Meals, activities and treatments are brought into a calmer, more predictable rhythm, reducing the decisions and distractions that often make recovery difficult.
Restore
Restorative therapies, meditation, breathwork and quieter days give you space to recover from accumulated physical and mental strain.
Rebuild
As the retreat progresses, the focus shifts towards practical habits and guidance that can be continued after you leave.
Your Retreat Includes
Explore the exclusive services designed to enhance your well-being and nurture your spirit.

Preventative Health Assessment
Your programme begins with a medical consultation, a private Ayurvedic consultation, bioenergetic analysis and blood laboratory analysis. A concluding consultation provides personalised recommendations for your return home.

Ayurvedic Body Therapies
Two to three personalised Ayurvedic massage sessions form part of the weekly programme. Ayurvedic cleansing support may also be introduced according to your consultation and individual needs.

Mental and Emotional Support
Three to four individual counselling sessions create space to consider the routines, pressures and emotional patterns that may have contributed to feeling depleted. Guided introspection and two holistic group therapies are also included.

Nervous-System Care
Two acupuncture sessions are combined with three meditation or breathwork practices and additional guided relaxation sessions. These help create a quieter counterpoint to the pace that may have preceded your stay.

Physical Restoration
The weekly programme includes two yoga sessions, four far-infrared sessions, one sauna session, one guided nature trail, one aqua-gym session and one private fitness session. Activities are selected and adapted according to your health and present capacity.

Healing Nourishment
An individual nutrition consultation informs your customised Ayurvedic eating plan. Programme meals and herbal infusions are provided throughout your residential stay. These inclusions reflect the programme currently published by Olive Creek. The order and suitability of individual treatments may be adjusted following your consultations.
Nourishment, Not Deprivation
Food remains an important part of the retreat.
Rather than relying on juice-only plans or prolonged restriction, Olive Creek provides structured meals chosen to support the direction of your personalised programme.
The emphasis is on simpler preparation, appropriate portions, hydration and a consistent eating rhythm. Your nutritional needs, allergies and dietary requirements should be discussed before arrival.
The purpose is not to leave you feeling weak or preoccupied with food. It is to help you recognise how different choices and routines affect your energy, comfort and wider wellbeing.
Recovery Needs Quiet
A reset is not created only through treatments.
Constant communication, travel, social demands and digital stimulation can make it difficult to notice how tired you have become. At Olive Creek, the quieter setting is part of the programme.
Time between sessions is deliberately protected. You may sleep, read, spend time outdoors or simply allow the day to pass without needing to respond to another demand.
The retreat creates a rare opportunity to experience what changes when urgency is removed.

Common Questions
Explore answers to your enquiries about our Detox & Recovery package.
At Olive Creek, detox refers to a supported lifestyle reset built around assessment, nourishing food, hydration, restorative treatments, sleep, movement and reduced stimulation. The retreat does not promise to remove unspecified toxins or cleanse particular organs.
No. The programme includes daily meals and a personalised Ayurvedic eating plan. It is not presented as a juice-only cleanse or an extreme fasting programme.
The Detox & Recovery Retreat requires a minimum stay of 14 nights. This allows time for assessment, treatment, rest and the gradual development of healthier routines.
No. Olive Creek’s Detox & Recovery Retreat is a lifestyle wellness programme. It does not provide addiction rehabilitation or medically managed withdrawal.
Anyone who may be physically dependent on alcohol or at risk of withdrawal requires assessment by an appropriate medical service. Suddenly stopping after sustained heavy use can produce dangerous withdrawal symptoms, and this retreat is not equipped to manage that process.
The currently published programme includes blood laboratory analysis as part of its preventative health assessment. The exact tests and any requirements will be explained by the Olive Creek team.
Share allergies, intolerances, religious requirements and relevant preferences during your enquiry. The team will determine how these can be accommodated within your personalised programme.
Do not stop or alter prescribed medication unless instructed by the healthcare professional responsible for your care. All current medication and relevant health information should be disclosed before arrival.
Not necessarily. Herbal products can interact with medication or be unsuitable for certain conditions. Your medication, allergies and medical history should be discussed before herbal preparations are introduced.
