Minimum stay: 7 nights
Reconnect with Yourself
A Journey to Inner Peace and Wholeness Awaits You
Some experiences cannot be worked through while life continues at full pace.
The Mental & Emotional Healing Retreat offers a private and gently structured environment in which to step away from daily pressure, receive personal support and begin reconnecting with yourself.
Therapeutic conversation is combined with restorative bodywork, mindful movement, nourishing meals and time in nature. Every element is approached with sensitivity, discretion and respect for your individual pace.
This is not crisis care or a replacement for clinical mental health treatment. It is a supported residential retreat for adults who need time, privacy and thoughtful guidance through a difficult or emotionally demanding season.
Who This Retreat May Support
The retreat is intended for adults who are emotionally stable enough to participate in a residential wellness programme. It is not designed for an acute mental health crisis or a situation requiring inpatient psychiatric care.
Emotional Exhaustion
For guests who feel depleted, disconnected or unable to recover fully despite continuing to meet the demands of everyday life.
Grief and Loss
For those who need private space to acknowledge and process bereavement, separation or another meaningful loss.
Life Transitions
For guests moving through retirement, relationship change, relocation, career disruption or a period in which their sense of direction has shifted.
Persistent Stress or Anxiety
For those living with a constant background sense of tension, worry or emotional overload who would benefit from rest and guided support.
The Need to Reconnect
For guests who feel that they have lost touch with their own needs, identity or inner sense of steadiness.
When Carrying On No Longer Feels Like Enough
A Programme Shaped Around Your Story
The exact rhythm remains yourS
The Rhythm of Your Stay
There is structure when it helps and space when it is needed.
Morning
Begin quietly with herbal infusions, gentle breathing, meditation or restorative movement, followed by a nourishing breakfast.
Midday
Attend a private counselling session, consultation or body-based therapy. Time is left afterwards so that you can rest rather than moving immediately into another activity.
Afternoon
Enjoy a programme meal, guided nature walk, yoga practice or complementary therapy. You may also choose to read, sleep, journal or spend time alone.
Evening
The day closes gently with dinner, quiet reflection, meditation or an early night.
Your Retreat Includes
Explore the exclusive services designed to enhance your well-being and nurture your spirit.

Personal Assessment and Guidance
Your programme begins with a private Ayurvedic consultation and bioenergetic analysis, followed by personalised recommendations. Before leaving, you will receive practical take-home guidance intended to support the routines and insights developed during your stay.

Individual Emotional Support
Three to four private counselling sessions create space to speak openly and explore what you have been carrying. Guided mindfulness and two to three complementary holistic therapies may also form part of your programme.

Restorative Ayurvedic Care
Two to three personalised Ayurvedic massage sessions provide gentle physical support during the retreat. Ayurvedic cleansing practices may also be introduced according to your consultation and individual needs.

Nervous-System Support
Two acupuncture sessions are combined with three meditation or breathwork sessions and additional guided healing practices. These experiences are intended to encourage calm, awareness and a more settled daily rhythm.

Physical Restoration
Your stay includes two yoga sessions, one far-infrared session, two sauna sessions, two guided nature trails, one aqua-gym session and one private fitness session. Each activity is approached gently and adjusted to your energy.
Optional Therapies and Experiences
Your retreat can be enhanced with additional experiences according to your needs and preferences.
Sound healing, private nature walks, guided journalling and art-based therapies are available separately and can be introduced at a pace that feels appropriate.
Additional treatments will be discussed with you and quoted separately.
The Mind and Body Are Not Separate Here
Emotional strain is not experienced only through thoughts.
It can appear as disrupted sleep, physical tension, shallow breathing, low energy, difficulty concentrating or a persistent inability to relax. This is why the retreat does not rely on conversation alone.
Therapeutic sessions are supported by massage, acupuncture, movement, meditation, rest and consistent nourishment. Together, these create a more complete environment for recovery.
The body is given space to soften while the mind is given space to understand.
What You May Take From the Retreat
Greater Emotional Clarity
Time away from daily noise can make it easier to recognise what you are feeling and what may need attention.
A More Settled Inner Rhythm
Consistent rest, nourishment and guided practices may help you move through the day with less urgency and reactivity.
A Renewed Connection With Yourself
Private reflection and therapeutic support can create space to reconnect with your needs, values and sense of direction.
Practical Support for Home
Your concluding guidance will focus on realistic practices that can be carried into everyday life rather than an ideal routine that is difficult to maintain.
Every experience is different, and no specific emotional or medical outcome can be guaranteed.

All rates are quoted in US dollars per person, per week and are based on single occupancy for a guest participating in the programme.
