A HEALTHIER RHYTHM, BUILT TO LAST
Sustainable Weight Management Retreat
Lasting change rarely begins with another restrictive diet.
The Sustainable Weight Management Retreat is a private residential programme for adults seeking a more considered relationship with food, movement, rest and everyday wellbeing.
Medical and lifestyle assessment, personalised nutrition, supervised movement, restorative therapies and individual support are brought together around your health history, current capacity and life beyond the retreat.
There is no shame, punishment or pressure to pursue rapid results. The focus is on creating realistic habits that can continue once you return home.
Minimum stay: 14 nights
More Than a Number
Weight is rarely shaped by one factor alone.
Eating patterns, sleep, stress, medication, movement, health conditions and daily responsibilities can all influence how the body feels and functions. This is why short-term diets so often fail to create lasting change.
At Olive Creek, the starting point is not judgement. It is understanding.
Your programme begins with a detailed assessment of your health, routines and personal goals. From there, the team creates a structured but realistic residential experience combining nourishing meals, guided activity, therapeutic support and genuine rest.
The intention is not simply to change what happens during your stay. It is to help you establish a healthier rhythm that still makes sense when ordinary life resumes.
Who This Retreat Is For
This retreat is intended for adults and is not designed around extreme restriction, rapid transformation or appearance-based goals.
Repeated Dieting Without Lasting Change
For adults who have tried restrictive plans or short-term approaches but found the results difficult to maintain.

Why a Residential Programme Helps
A Programme Shaped Around Your Health
Your Retreat Includes
These inclusions reflect the programme currently published by Olive Creek. Their order and suitability may be adjusted following your consultations.

Personal Assessment and Guidance
Your programme begins with an Ayurvedic consultation, two body composition assessments, blood sampling and bioenergetic analysis. Before leaving, you will receive a private take-home consultation with practical recommendations for continuing your progress.

Personalised Ayurvedic Care
Four to five personalised Ayurvedic massage sessions form part of the current programme, together with Ayurvedic cleansing support and restorative body therapies where considered appropriate.

Weight Management Support
Two private counselling sessions provide space to explore routines, motivation and the emotional patterns that may influence eating or consistency. Guided introspection may also form part of your programme.

Nervous-System Support
Two acupuncture sessions are complemented by three meditation or breathwork practices, creating regular opportunities to slow down and become more aware of stress-driven habits.

Supported Movement
Your programme includes two yoga sessions, two guided nature trails, one aqua-gym session and two private fitness sessions. Movement is adapted to your current ability and is not treated as punishment for eating.

Restorative Therapies
A far-infrared session and three sauna sessions support the wider rhythm of rest and body care during your stay.
Nourishment that supports real life
Food Without Fear or Punishment
Food is central to the programme, but it is never treated as something to earn or fear.
Meals are prepared to create a steady, nourishing rhythm while helping you understand what supports your energy, comfort and wider health goals. The focus is on balanced eating, appropriate portions and consistency rather than severe restriction.
Your nutrition consultation considers your routines, preferences, dietary requirements and the environment you will return to after the retreat.
The aim is not to create an unrealistic plan that only works while someone else prepares every meal.
It is to help you find a way of eating that feels supportive, practical and possible to continue.
Movement That
Meets You Where You Are
Exercise can easily become connected to guilt, pressure or all-or-nothing thinking.
At Olive Creek, movement is approached differently.
Yoga, guided walking, aqua-gym and private fitness sessions are selected according to your ability and current energy. Some guests may be ready for a more active programme. Others may need to begin gently and rebuild confidence over time.
There is no expectation that you arrive fit.
Progress begins with showing up consistently and learning what your body can do without forcing it beyond its capacity.
